BufBloPoFo Topic for Day 13
Holy crap you guys! Tomorrow is The Last Day Eve! YOU CAN DO IT.
I was going to finish with this question like last year, but decided I’d use it for day 13 instead. Link to whatever you posted exactly one year ago (or whatever’s closest), and give your readers an update on that topic. If you haven’t been writing for a year, give us a list of three or four things that are going on in your life right now that you’ll want to update one year from now.
Exactly one year ago, I was blogging about the conflict in Iraq between the U.S. Army, the Iraqi Army and the Mahdi Army militia.
Update: we're still in Iraq, not that you'd know that from the news or printed press stories lately. Luckily, for those of us still following events over there, as well as in Afghanistan, there are plenty of great bloggers keeping an eye on things.
I'd like to recommend the following blogs and sites to you all:
I'm hoping that things will be different with this new administration. I hope that next year I won't have much news to talk about in Iraq in terms of conflict between American troops and Iraqi militias.
